Modified intelligence bonus on spell casting. Training a spell to max for your class and having intelligence near max will result in rare casting failures. However, a low intelligence WILL make spells fail occasionally.
Energy Drain - Raised max damage by player's level (Level 95 character's max damage is 95 more).
Acid Blast - Raised max damage by player's level in hp.
Magic Missile - Raised max damage by player's level in hp.
Shocking Grasp - Raised average damage by 25%.
Color Spray - Raised average damage by 20hp.
Vampiric Touch - Raised max damage by player's level in hp.
Fireball - Raised max damage by player's level in hp.
Chill Touch - Raised average damage by 50%.
Harm - Changed to a variable amount of damage - average raised by 25% roughly.

Murder can now be initiated with a spell. In order for it to cast when you murder a player, you must have the spell set as your auto command, and either be in AUTO AUTO or AUTO QUICK mode.
Quickdraw now hits for 1/2 of a normal knife. There is still no lag however.
